Free US Shipping

All orders shipped within the United States ship free, with no minimum order.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Delivery time

Standard delivery takes approximately 7–15 business days after your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. If you have not received tracking within 5 business days of ordering, please contact us.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible and we will try to update it before it ships.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is marked delivered but you cannot find it, or it arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we will help resolve it.
